Bothar Boring was engaged to perform 20.5km of microtunnelling involving 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm and 1000mm tunnels. The work was carried out in weak rock and high groundwater table conditions and without any road closures in this busy city district. New production records were set, including up to 1800 metres tunnelled in a single month.
